This has been a collaborative effort for our industry as we present the findings to all attendees.

Can Managed Service Providers (MSPs) work with internal IT departments? Historically the answer has been “no way.” But it can be done without recreating your traditional MSP offerings.

An MSP can directly market to organizations having IT departments. And create a unique selling proposition in an industry where many MSPs risk becoming a commodity.By creating a mutually supportive relationship between the Internal IT employees and your MSP organization, both parties benefit, building a strong relationship. And you can do this without reinventing your existing MSP practice, by adapting your existing MSP organization to concurrently offer CoMITs and traditional MSP services.
